H-D Chrome Headlight Nacelle

WHY? It's chrome--what other reason does a Harley owner need?  This mod is strictly for appearance.  When I purchased this bike the dealer had installed the H-D chrome front end package that included this headlight nacelle and an assortment of other shiny front-end goodies.  While I wouldn't have normally have purchased all of these items I do like the looks of the nacelle; it can be ordered separately (part #67907-96,  list price of $389.95).

SERVICE. N/A--the nacelle was installed on the bike when it was delivered.

INSTALLATION. N/A.

RESULTS.  I really like the "old-school" look of this piece; it looks like the headlights on the old FL bikes of the 1960's.  It adds a nice styling touch to the Heritage model.

Worth the money? Each individual owner will have to answer that question for himself.  I think that this accessory really adds a nice touch of style to the Heritage, but $390 is pretty steep for a hunk of chrome.  Would I have purchased this nacelle had it not come with the bike?  Nope.  Your answer might be different...
