Reverendbiker's Suzuki V-Strom Page This page is dedicated to the Suzuki V-Strom; it's Suzuki's entry into the "adventure touring"  category. Two models are offered:  the DL1000 and the DL650 (also known as the "wee-strom").  Both bikes offer a great combination of sport bike performance (0-60 in 3.4 sec., 1/4 mile in 11.92 sec.*, 0-60 in 3.98 sec., 1/4 mile in 12.52 sec**) with the capability of traveling off the paved roads if necessary.  I have owned  each model--a 2003 DL1000 and a 2005  and a 2007 DL650.  Like most other bike owners, I make performance and cosmetic modifications and will document them on a modifications page for each bike.
